Board Meeting Wednesday October 18th @ 6:30 pm

• Nominations are open for the following Board Positions

  • President- Shall preside over meetings, oversee membership functions, and act as a liaison with the community. To sign checks, in the inability of the Treasure to do so. To perform such other duties as may be assigned.  Office is a two-year term and will be up for election in odd years.

  • Secretary- Shall keep a permanent and accurate record of organization meetings, furnish copies of minutes to members present.  To keep records of attendance at Association meetings.  To be custodian of all records and contracts except financial records and make them available to Association members upon request.  To provide copy of minutes of all meetings.  To keep a file of all correspondences and make them available at all times to the Association, when requested.  To perform such other duties as may be assigned.   Office is a two-year term and will be up for election in odd years.
